Various reports on the net indicate that Bandai Namco, the Japanese gaming giant responsible for the Dark Souls, Elden Ring, Soulcalibur 'series and distributor of hundreds of anime games, was attacked by hackers using ransomware.
Bandai Namco has not yet made an official statement, and the message comes from the vx-underground Twitter page claiming that the distributor was attacked by the hacker group ALPHV also known as BlackCat, who also attached a picture from the group's blog page on DarkWeb.

As of this writing, Bandai Namco is keeping quiet and has not yet confirmed that the company's servers have been hacked, but the concern is that personal details of employees and users who left information on the company's servers are at risk and exposure.
