After the tragic death of an eleven-month-old girl last June in a crèche of the People & Baby group in Lyon, an employee of another crèche of the same group is the subject of a complaint.
A mother accuses him of having violently shaken his two-year-old boy, welcomed in a crèche in Les Mureaux (Yvelines), reports France Info.
The Versailles prosecutor confirmed to
Le Figaro
this complaint,
dated "July 6 for alleged acts of violence which allegedly took place on the previous June 10
".
According to France Info, the 39-year-old mother filed a complaint for "
violence aggravated by two circumstances followed by incapacity not exceeding eight days
" and for "
false: fraudulent alteration of the truth in a writing
".
The behavior of his little boy would have alerted him.
“
He had been arriving in front of the crèche for more than a week and was screaming that he didn't want to come back.
He said to me every time “mean lady, mean lady”
”, she testifies.

Worried, this mother requested the headquarters of the People & Baby group “
several times
”, she specifies to our colleagues, but
“faced with the absence of reaction from the group
”, she took legal action.
After an “
altercation
” on June 10 with the staff of the nursery and the intervention of the municipal police of Mureaux, she finally removed her son from the structure.
The People & Baby group defends itself

, the People & Baby group indicated that it "
disputes
" the testimony relayed by France Info, accusing the public media of not having
"taken care to check the information beforehand
".
In a statement, the group, which owns 700 establishments in France, accuses this mother of “
regularly angry and aggressive behavior
”.
The latter would also have made
"regular threats to other parents and the professionals of the crèche".

For its part, the direction of People & Baby deplores a relentless media.

We can only regret that once again, certain media do not verify their information before discrediting the probity of the staff of all the nurseries in France and try once again to make an amalgam between an admitted exceptional intentional homicide on June 22, with unproven allegations of abuse, which has absolutely no connection
,” she says.

On July 12, the Yvelines Departmental Security heard the complainant according to the prosecutor, "
seized for investigation by my prosecutor's office on July 11
", she adds.
To date, the justice only has the complainant's statements.
