Chen Nan and two other friends were engaged in water sports in Shek O yesterday (13th) afternoon, during which Chen Nan played "stand-up board"; the two friends rowed a double boat together.
They started from Stanley and went to Tuiwan via Tai Tam Bay. Unexpectedly, after the two-man boat arrived in Tuiwan, they found that Chen Nan, who was playing the upright board, was lost. They called the police at 3:40 pm for help.
Rescue personnel searched by sea and air, including fire boats, marine police and helicopters of the flight service team, and rushed to the scene to search and rescue.
