Another win for Britney Spears: This is the court's new demand from her father Israel today

A Los Angeles court has ruled that Jamie Spears, the singer's father, must provide her lawyers with all the documents they are interested in within 30 days, and even testify in any question related to them.

A Los Angeles court has ruled that Jamie Spears, Britney's father and who was until recently her guardian, must provide the singer's lawyers with all the documents they are interested in within 30 days, and even testify in any question related to them.

These are documents related to electronic surveillance under which Britney was allegedly subjected during the years of her father's guardianship.

Britney actually accuses Jamie of hiring a security company that allegedly "supervised" her in non-kosher ways, such as locating her cell phone and burying recording devices in her bedroom, in order to quote her private conversations.

The very fact that the judge, Brenda Penny, approved the demand for the transfer of the documents, indicates that things may be true, and implies that the legal system tends to believe Brittany.

It should be noted that Jamie Spears 'lawyer, Alex Weingarten, also asked the judge for access to documents in the singer's lawyers' possession, in order to prepare for testimony, but to his displeasure, she refused the request.

As a reminder, in November 2021, the court ruled that Jamie Spears would cease to be his daughter's guardian after 13 years in which she suffered many ups and downs and media.

Despite this, Brittany and her father continue to wage a complex and stubborn legal battle, which has not yet been decided.

Another issue on the table is Jamie's demand to summon Britney to the witness stand, ahead of another hearing on July 27.

"The victim is not allowed to testify for the perpetrator. It will only provoke her trauma," said Matthew Rosengart, Britney's chief lawyer, who even accused Jamie of "revenge."

To be continued.
