The Syrian Post Corporation works with all its capabilities to meet all the needs of citizens of personal and functional services as a non-convicted and unemployed document and to pay the salaries of retirees according to the social, insurance and pension systems, in addition to the service of paying financial compensation due to the military demobilized from military service through the institution’s approved centers in all governorates.
In a statement to SANA reporter, Fadi Radi, the director of financial affairs in the institution, explained that since the beginning of this year until the first of last June, the number of documents of the general register of state workers “non-employees” has been extracted 310,134 documents, the number of civil registry documents 620008 and criminal record documents 74,549, in addition to the payment of salaries to retirees. Through the real estate bank, which amounted to 2 billion and 227 million and 760 thousand Syrian pounds.
As for the end-of-service compensation for the demobilized military on 12/1-2021, Rady stated that the number of beneficiaries who received their compensation through the institution’s approved centers in the governorates was 4178, and the value of the amounts handed over to them reached 12 billion and 624 million and 975 thousand pounds, while the number of beneficiaries of the compensation payment service reached For the demobilized on 1-1-2022, there are 14,155 theaters, with an amount exceeding 36 billion and 383 million and 349 thousand Syrian pounds.
Among the services provided by the Foundation are also transfers of all kinds, “regular postal, instant and rent”, where the number of regular postal transfers during the above-mentioned period of time amounted to 6,419 deposited transfers worth 4 billion and 496 million and 156 thousand pounds and 5430 delivered transfers with a value of 3 billion and 648 million and 821 thousand pounds.
Radi added: As for the instant postal transfers, the number of deposits reached 21,883 with a value of 10 billion and 814 million and 165 thousand pounds, and the Muslim money amounted to 21,344, with a value of 10 billion and 105 million and 836 thousand pounds, while the number of deposited rent transfers reached 9569, with a value exceeding 869 million and 985 thousand pounds, and the Muslim money to 5521, with a value of more than 104 million and 86 thousand pounds.
