US President Joe Biden will sign his visit to Israel today (Friday).

After visiting the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem and meeting with PA Chairman Abu Mazen, he makes his way to Ben Gurion Airport.

In the afternoon, he is expected to take off directly for Saudi Arabia, where he will meet with Regent Muhammad bin Salman.

The first day - a reception and a visit to Yad Vashem



Biden

landed in Israel on Wednesday and was received at a gala reception at Ben Gurion Airport with the participation of President Yitzhak Herzog, Prime Minister Yair Lapid and Deputy Prime Minister Naftali Bennett. The ceremony included short greetings, a red carpet, flags and national anthems.

The Defense Ministry's defense systems, which were stationed there, then traveled to visit Yad Vashem - where he took part in a memorial service at the Yizkor tent and met two Holocaust survivors, Dr. Gita Sikowitz and Rina Quint, with whom he spoke for several minutes.

The second day - signing of the Jerusalem Declaration

In the middle of the second day of the US President's visit to Israel, he was hosted at President Herzog's residence - where he was received at a state ceremony.

After signing the guest book, Biden had a personal meeting with Herzog that lasted 35 minutes and he received the Presidential Medal.

The artistic program included a short performance by Ran Danker and Yuval Dayan.



Later, he signed the Jerusalem Declaration with Prime Minister Yair Lapid and the two continued to Teddy Stadium, where they watched the official opening show of the Maccabiah Games.

The President and Prime Minister will watch the delegations of athletes from around the world as they enter the stadium.

Day 3 - Visit to the Palestinian Authority

In the morning, he paid his third and final day of the visit to the Palestinian Authority and to a meeting with PA Chairman Abu Mazen. In the morning, he paid a private visit to the Augusta Victoria Palestinian Hospital in East Jerusalem.
