The drowning continues: two 70-year-olds in critical condition after drowning in the sea and pool
The drownings occurred at Bat Galim Beach in Haifa and at a public pool in Kiryat Ono.
The two men underwent resuscitation and were evacuated to Rambam and Beilinson Hospital. These cases join a series of eight drownings in the past week, four of which ended in death.

Two men in their 70s drowned today (Friday) and were seriously injured.
The drownings occurred at the beach and in a public pool, joining a string of deadly drownings across the country in the past week.
The first drowning occurred in the morning on Bat Galim beach in Haifa.
The MDA team that arrived at the scene provided medical treatment to the man and evacuated him to Rambam Hospital in the city when he was in critical condition, and performed resuscitation operations there.
The man was lying unconscious, with no pulse and no breathing.
