After two years of work and intense effort to return thousands of hectares from the villages of Lattakia and Tartous that were exposed to the fires, Mrs. Asma Al-Assad participated in the people of Al-Fakhoura district in Lattakia countryside yesterday celebrating their victory over the fire that hit their side, as well as other towns and villages.
In her conversation with the families of farmers, producers and owners of small projects, Ms. Asma said: “About two years ago, Mr. President, we came to this area after the fires, and the scene was painful and harsh... Ms. Asmaa continued, "I and Mr. President are proud of you and proud of your love and belonging to your land. Proud of your vitality and the tremendous results you have achieved in a short period of time," and added: "We love you a lot and surely complete with you to come back greener and more."
