Three Kalashnikov rifles, cartridges and hundreds of grams of the suspected cannabis substance. These are the police findings that were seized during an operation in Kafr Qara this morning. As a result, three locals were arrested on suspicion of possession of the weapon.
As part of the handling of the conflict in Kafr Qara, police officers and detectives from the Iron Station conducted an operation in cooperation with the Yeshiva fighters of the Menashe area.
The guns and suspected drug substances were transferred for further extraction of evidence in the police forensic laboratories of the police.
The three suspects, one of them 50 years old and two young men, were arrested for questioning at the Iron Police Station.
The police also detained a 17.5-year-old minor who was present at the scene for questioning.
Tomorrow, the police will request an extension of the detention of all the detainees in the Hadera Magistrate's Court.
Meanwhile, police today seized in the yard of a house in Baqa al-Gharbiya, a gun containing a full cartridge as well as face veils.

As part of an initiative carried out this morning by Baqa al-Gharbiya police, for the sake of public safety, the police seized a FN-type pistol containing a cartridge full of ammunition and two M16 rifle cartridges and face veils.
The gun was seized and taken for further extraction of evidence in the forensic laboratories of the Israel Police and the suspect in its possession, a 21-year-old resident of Baqa al-Gharbiya, was arrested for questioning at the police station.
The police intend to request an extension of the suspect's detention in the Hadera Magistrate's Court tomorrow.
