An indictment was filed last week (Friday) against a 22-year-old man from Misgav Shalom, for attempted murder and abduction of his sister, about a month ago.

According to the indictment, he and his friend beat the nurse at their home, abducted her in their vehicle and tried to set her on fire inside a cave, until three locals arrived in the area and rescued her.

According to the indictment, the nurse's family, whose mother lives in Segev Shalom and her father lives in Gaza, believed that "her lifestyle did not fit the family values," and as a result they used to beat her, follow her, and forbid her to use her cell phone.

At one point she left home and lived in Be'er Sheva.

From time to time she used to visit her family.

According to the indictment, about a month ago, when she came to visit, the young man and his friend attacked the nurse when she finished taking a shower.

They stripped her of her clothes with a knife, threatening her "if you scream I will kill you on the spot, today you are dead".

They then tied her up and covered her with a black tarpaulin, and put her in the trunk of their car.

The brother informed his sister: "Today you are dead."

According to the indictment, they made their way by car towards a cave in the Bedouin diaspora, where they informed her of their intention to kill her and set her body on fire.

At this point the young man let his sister "choose" how to die, whether by stabbing, or burning while alive.

After the nurse begged to lose consciousness before being burned, the brother agreed to drink pills that would cause her to lose consciousness.

After swallowing dozens of painkillers and still not losing consciousness, the brother suggested that she drink gasoline as well as cut her veins with a knife, a cut can and scissors.

According to the indictment, even after performing these steps, the nurse still did not lose consciousness.

The brother brought a pile of planks, piled them in a pile, ordered his sister to lie on them and poured a large amount of gasoline.

He promised her he would help her lose consciousness, watered her with gasoline, and also cried with her and hugged her.

But then, according to the indictment, three locals arrived in the cave area.

After the young man came out to them, the nurse, too, blurred, managed to get out of the cave and shout for help, shouting, "They want to kill me, they want to murder me," and ran into the residents' car.

The three drove her to their mother's house in the diaspora, where they called the police.
