Thousands of Gur followers in Eretz Israel gathered for a unique event held last Friday night at the Di City complex in Ma'ale Adumim under the title "Chronicles - Chapter Seven".

According to Hasidic sources, what was behind the event, which was launched at short notice, is the desire to allow those with ability from the Hasidism, a partnership in the Beit Midrash building and the World Center for Gur Hasidism, which is currently being completed on Jeremiah Street in Jerusalem. at him.

During the event, an exciting historical presentation was screened, which included a huge production on the annals of Gur Hasidism and the six episodes it experienced in its history, with the audience now facing the seventh episode and everyone was invited to play their part in shaping the future of the community.

The move is planned to be spread over a few weeks or months, in which thousands of additional donors are expected to join, who will be listed in the Chronicles as the ones who established the Beit Midrash.



Speaking to those gathered was the son of the Rebbe of Gur, Rabbi Nehemiah Alter, a member of the Beit Midrash committee who expanded on .

Also speaking were the Director General of the Union of Gur Institutions and the World Center, Rabbi Yonatan Bornstein, Director of the Beit Midrash, Rabbi Yitzchak Meir Tauman



, members of the committee, and Rabbi Yosef Pomerantz.



On the occasion of the class with the Gur Choir and the veteran poets in the Beit Midrash, with them appeared the husband of the Hasidic musician R. Isaac Hanig and the children's choir "Hasidimelech".

During the event, a raffle was held among the participants on an ancient manuscript by the late Rabbi Yaakov Aryeh of Radzimin and a magnificent Shabbat table was raffled off, with the raffle being held by the new Knesset candidate on behalf of Agudat Israel, Rabbi Yitzchak Goldknoff.
