Levy was arrested a day later, in Tiberias.

For he noticed the fire and called the security and rescue forces, who arrived within minutes and found the mother shouting in terror, with her three children by her side.

Many neighbors who saw the flames or felt the smoke, evacuated from their apartments in the building and buildings adjacent to the street.

Firefighters who worked at the scene worked to put out the fire and searched for trapped people at the scene.

"Such a fire can jump from porch to porch, the smoke fills the stairwell, and within minutes and sometimes even seconds such an event can end in a heavy disaster," he told Walla!

Sergeant Jonathan South, who commanded a firefighting team that came from Or Akiva, “At night people were sleeping, and we scanned an apartment to make sure no one was left at home.
