Yosef Habot, 45, from Holon, was accused of assaulting his sister and ex-partner and threatening them and a policewoman - according to an indictment filed yesterday (Sunday) in the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court.
According to the indictment, the bot called his sister during the month and told her, "Ya z ***, ya sh *****, I'll send you two men to rape your daughters."
He later sent her a voice message in which he said: "When you are in the taxi, bend over so that you do not get a bullet from some sniper."
At another time he said to his sister on the phone: "Q *****, Z ***, MZ ***** with Arabs, I will strangle you, I will send people to kill and rape you and I will look away."
That evening the bot called his ex-partner, the mother of his two children, and asked the children to come to dinner.
When she refused he threatened her: "I will burn you, you will pay dearly for it."

A few minutes later, the bot sent her 27 voicemails that included additional threats.
In messages he said things such as: "You are a doll for me, sweetheart! I will cut the wires and you will not be able to move ...";
"Get ready to visit the hell I lived in with you, and see how you will suffer a million times more than I do."
Other threats included statements such as "Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth. As I was imprisoned because of you, you will be imprisoned because of me. The floor rag and garbage, and I swear I will let you see hell."
A day later, the two complainants, his sister and his aunt, arrived at the bot's apartment and there he physically assaulted them.
According to the indictment, when he was supervised by a policewoman at the police station, he spoke to her about an intelligence coordinator from the Holon police and said that "his children will be in closets soon" and "do not worry, he will let them take their last breaths."
