Altstadtfest 2022: music, dance shows and delicacies

The old town festival in the city center is taking place again after two years.

Celebrations in the city center: At the old town festival, clubs, bands and restaurants invite you to linger.
Fürstenfeldbruck
– Have fun, stroll and linger in the car-free city center: the Brucker Altstadtfest invites you to do this from Friday, July 22nd to Sunday, July 24th.
The traditional starting signal for the 24th Old Town Festival will be given by the Royal Privileged Firemen's Society on Friday at 6.45 p.m. on the Amperbrücke, followed by a welcome by Mayor Erich Raff. This will be followed by a varied program for young and old.

In addition to food and information stands, four stages have been set up in the city center - in front of the Sparkasse, the town hall, on Augsburger and Schöngeisinger Strasse.
Various bands play there on Friday evenings.
In between there are dance performances by the Gaudibuam of the Brucker Heimatgilde as well as Zumba and hip-hop for adults.
On Saturday, clown Pippo (from 1 p.m.) and the drum group Sambavaria (2 p.m. to 6 p.m.) will be out and about in the old town.
In the afternoon there is a colorful stage program, from Taekwon-Do demonstrations to a concert by the youth wind orchestra of the city band and other performances by various music bands.
The Faschingsfreunde Fürstenfeldbruck form the conclusion on Saturday with their Cancan (11 p.m.).
Sunday begins with an ecumenical Liturgy of the Word.
At the same time, Uwe Fürst invites you to a hit brunch.
The Big Band Jiri Mares will play from 12 p.m.
During the day, the Musikverein Fürstenfeldbruck, the band Halifax, the Wirtrio and many more provide musical entertainment.
For the little ones there is a children's game on the adventure playground on Saturday and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Things get sporty in the gym of the Graf-Rasso-Gymnasium, at the international basketball tournament of the TuS Fürstenfeldbruck (from Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
