The prosecution filed an indictment today (Monday) against Robin Walla Khalaila for the abduction and murder of Sapir Nahum, 23, at her death.
As reported here long ago, there was a marital system between the two and there was a struggle over the recognition of Khalaila's paternity over the two's child, and the payment of alimony for the two children.
In the indictment filed by prosecutors Inbal Branson and Anan Janam who will handle the case, they claim that a benefit in the heart of the 33-year-old Khalaila decided to kill Nahum, and that he did so.
The incident occurred on June 2 this year.
At about 07:37, Khalaila got into his gray Skoda Octavia car and drove to the area near the kindergarten on Six Days Street in Acre, where the girl is being educated.
