A 13-year-old from Starnberg had disappeared since Friday.
Now the search for the girl has come to a happy end.

The public search for the missing girl could be stopped.
"The 13-year-old has been safely in the care of a family member since last night.
So far, there have been no indications of a criminal offense or someone else's disappearance," the police said in a press release in the morning hours of Monday.
The emergency services once again expressly thanked the population for their support in the previous public search.

Starnberg – A 13-year-old girl from Starnberg has been missing since Friday (July 15).
The police are searching for the girl with a public manhunt.
The 13-year-old was allowed to visit a classmate with her parents' permission.
But she never got to this friend, said the police headquarters in Upper Bavaria North on Sunday.
Specific locations are not known, there are loose contacts to Essen and Cologne.
The girl will probably use public transport to get around.
The 13 year old is described as follows
: She is approximately 165 cm tall with a slim build, pale complexion and auburn shoulder length hair.

There are currently no indications of a criminal offense.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the girl is asked to contact the police emergency number 110 immediately.
