According to its own statements, Ukraine has brought more than 40 settlements in the Cherson region back under its control in a counter-offensive.

Russia has not given any information about its own losses in the Ukraine war since March.
Most recently, the Russian General Staff in March of

After the recapture of Snake Island by Ukrainian forces, the government in Kiev has now declared that Russia is said to have lost troops and equipment worth almost a billion US dollars in the defense attempt.
