Now the citizens' initiative "Protection of the Isar Valley" has submitted the citizens' petition in good time before the next meeting on July 26th, in which the municipal council should have passed the building management procedure for the United Initiators site.

- Last week, the initiators of the request handed over 773 signatures in the town hall, and it is currently being checked whether all those who signed were entitled to do so.
After the question this time is: "Are you in favor of the Pullach community stopping the ongoing land use planning for the re-establishment of development plan no. 23b 'Industrial area Dr.-Gustav-Adolph-Straße' (...)?" could the referendum that then follows , if the citizens' request is allowed, make a decision impossible for the time being.
Mayor Susanna Millennium (Greens) and her deputy Andreas Most (Pullach Plus) have already announced that they want to counter the whole thing with a council request.

Because, and they also emphasize this on the occasion: The company, which submitted a building application for its "Big Wings" project years ago, has building rights on the area one way or another - even according to the old development plan, but then of course less conditions than the new one.
"Everything that has now been negotiated, the common use area for the recycling center, the rooms for the Isartaler Tisch, the energy center heating / cooling, could not be set up on the site," says thousand friend these days.
What is of course also still open: whether the municipality will allow the citizens' petition this time - a first request had been declared inadmissible due to various formal errors.
This time, according to those involved in the administration, the question is definitely in order, but the reasoning contains some figures that are not correct.

Meanwhile, both the local Agenda 21 and the Isar Valley Association have supported the citizens' initiative.

Agenda wants production volumes to be limited
It is hoped that the construction management procedure will then be rolled out again - and that a new procedure can be used to prevent the grove in the south from being part of the construction area.
And the agenda also wants to limit the production volumes, whatever the case may be.
At the same time, news in the community about the chemical company, which was recently spread by the media company "Mergermarget", which specializes in economic and financial topics, is causing concern: that Equistone Partners Europe, which has owned United for six years, is considering taking over the group again sell.
