In Russia, Putin's bloodhound Ramzan Kadyrov is threatening war with the West.
One of his henchmen praises "the highest", Vladimir Putin, on state television.
GROZNY – Ramzan Kadyrov, close confidant of Vladimir Putin and president of the Russian republic of Chechnya, has once again threatened the West.
He is only awaiting orders to “blow up” Western countries, Kadyrov claimed in a Telegram post.
He also announced a new Chechen regiment called "Northern Ahmat" - named after his father Ahmat, who led the republic until his assassination in 2004.
In his post, Putin's "bloodhound" wrote that Russia was the only country in the world "speaking out against the hellish abomination the West is spreading."
He is grateful that the Russian President "made the right decision" to take part in Kadyrov and his men in the "holy fight against Satanism".
While Russia has been struggling to capture or hold much of Ukraine for months, Kadyrov claims it could "capture Kyiv and the NATO countries with ease."
The West has "not yet understood how strong we are".
Kadyrov's henchman wants to fight against "satanic values" in the Ukraine war
The Chechen ruler has been attracting attention for some time with aggressive propaganda.
Kadyrov's rhetoric is firmly anchored in the minds of his followers - as a grotesque appearance on Russian state television shows: in a confused speech Apti Alaudinov, commander of the Chechen troops, described European values as "satanic values".

Kadyrov himself has repeatedly publicly stated Chechnya's readiness for large-scale military mobilization against Ukraine and other Western countries.
In early July, for example, he published a Telegram post in which he asked to join the war in Ukraine in order to "settle with our blood enemies".
