Police have completed the attempted abduction of the 16-year-old girl in Karkur - the State Attorney's Office is expected to charge Alex Mozgoboy, a 30-year-old resident of the Coast District Police Investigation Team Prosecutor against the suspect and requested an extension of his detention by five days, then the prosecution will file an indictment against him and at the same time a request for his detention until the end of the legal proceedings.

Defense attorney Daniel Herman is seeking to release Mozgovoi and transfer him to an alternative to detention at Caring. Mozgoboy's adoptive mother said, "We are shocked like everyone else." But he was questioned on suspicion of sexual background.

On the evening of July 3, the suspect tried to put a 16-year-old girl resident in the trunk while engaging in sports activities.

Unable to do so, he fled the scene in his vehicle.

One week later, on July 11, the suspect's vehicle was identified by a police officer from the Zichron Yaacov station, parked near a house on one of the city streets.

The police located the suspect and arrested him for questioning.

The girl, who was struggling with him and grabbed the vehicle, fell to the floor - but the suspect tried to pull her back into the trunk.

She continued to resist and thus managed to escape to the locals, who were staying nearby.

The suspect fled the scene after identifying the civilians.

The head of the Coastal Youth Exposure Department, Major General Tomer Kelsey, said that "this is a serious incident that without the minor's determination and assistance from civilians who were nearby could have ended tragically. We acted quickly and efficiently in cooperation with Pardes Hanna residents and council officials. To track down the suspect's vehicle in order to locate his identity, bring about his arrest and restore a sense of security to the public. "
