The registration of consumption vouchers will close this Saturday. The government reminds eligible citizens who have never registered, as well as existing registrants who intend to change their stored value facility accounts to receive the second phase of consumption vouchers, through the electronic registration platform on the scheme website. Or go to any temporary service center for formalities.
The registrant will receive an SMS of the audit result at +852 6059 1120
Existing registrants who have no intention of changing their SVF accounts will be reviewed for eligibility by the government at a later date based on the programme eligibility criteria announced on June 13.
All registrants will be notified by SMS of their review results.
SMS will be sent to a specific phone number (+852 6059 1120).
The public can also inquire about their audit results through the voice system of the hotline 185 000.
Eligible registrants will be issued electronic consumption coupons in installments starting from August 7.

Unqualified persons must submit a review within 14 days
Registrants who have been notified that they do not meet the eligibility criteria of the scheme, if they disagree with the results and wish to lodge a complaint, can download the "Review Application Form" from the scheme website or through the scheme hotline 185 000. Within days, together with the relevant documents, mail to the "Consumption Voucher Scheme Secretariat", PO Box 185000, General Post Office, Hong Kong; fax (No. 3106 0701); email (enquiry@consumptionvoucher.gov.hk); Eight Temporary Service Centres located in or the "Consumption Voucher Scheme Secretariat" on 17/F, Pioneer Centre, 750 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Kowloon.
The temporary service center will be extended until August 13, with office hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
Upon receipt of the application for review, the Secretariat will confirm receipt of the application by SMS.
Under normal circumstances, the Secretariat will notify the applicant in writing of the review result within six weeks.
