According to an MDA spokeswoman at 05:39, a report was received at MDA's 101 hotline in the Negev region about a wounded man from an incident of violence in Rahat.
MDA medics and paramedics report a 22-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his body with no signs of life and determine his death. Police have begun investigating the circumstances of the incident.
