The rescuer at a party held in the private pool in the yard of a house in Carmei Yosef, where a huge sinkhole opened today (Thursday), tells "Israel Today" what happened.

One person was missing in the incident, and another person who was swept into the pit was rescued with bruises on his limbs.

"I came to the event at the last minute as a lifeguard," says Aviv Bublil. "The event was relatively calm.

Six or eight people were swimming in the pool and the rest about 30 to 40 people were standing around.

Suddenly a vortex formed in the center of the pool, and waves rose all around.

I have never seen anything like it.
