The fast of Tisha B'Av will take place between the dates of August 6-7.
This year the fast falls on a Saturday night, so in practice it is forbidden to eat and drink from sunset, when the fast will end on Sunday with the rising of the stars.

The Tisha B'Av fast is the second fast in its importance and is meant to commemorate the destruction of the First and Second Temples.
On this day other disasters befell the people of Israel, among others, the desert generation was doomed not to enter the Land of Israel and the suppression of the Bar Kochba revolt by the Romans.

During the Tisha B'Av fast, mourning customs are practiced, including the prohibition of eating and drinking;
Prohibition of locking shoes made of leather;
Do not bathe in water (for washing hands take the tips of the fingers, when it is allowed to bathe in the water a dirty area);
Prohibition of skin application of body lotions;
Prohibition of intercourse;
No one greets each other for peace;
Sitting on low chairs until midnight;
From midnight on the evening of Tisha B'Av until the evening of Tisha B'Av, no Torah is studied (it is permissible to study subjects dealing with the destruction of the house and the events of the day).
This year, until the beginning of the fast, Shabbat is practiced as usual.
It is permissible to eat a "third meal" including meat and wine, but eating and drinking should be finished before sunset, and it is permissible to rinse the mouth beforehand.
After Shabbat, take off your leather shoes and change your Shabbat clothes into sandals.
