This Thursday, July 21, the hearing that confronted them in court took place, but Martin's lawyers have issued a statement announcing that the complainant has withdrawn the lawsuit.
"As we had thought, the temporary protection order did not reach the courts," they explain.
“The complainant confirmed in court that the decision to withdraw the lawsuit was his alone, without any influence or pressure, and assured that he was satisfied with his legal representation on the matter.
The request came from the plaintiff himself, asking to dismiss the case.
He was never anything more than a troubled person making false allegations with absolutely no substance in them."
