The heat has arrived in the Free State of Bavaria and there are tips on how to deal with it from all sides.
Monika Gruber has now also commented on Instagram.
Munich – It was announced long before and now it's here: the heat wave.
It has been rolling across Germany and the Free State of Bavaria since Monday (July 18).
Most people therefore seek protection in cool rooms or take the route to the lake for a refreshing dip.
However, the heat also poses dangers.
Particularly vulnerable groups such as people with previous illnesses and the elderly are particularly affected.
It is not for nothing that several experts and Health Minister Klaus Holetschek warned of the high temperatures.

But the high values for July are not that unusual.
This view is cabaret artist Monika Gruber and communicated it clearly.
The 51-year-old published a short clip on her Instagram channel.
"Yes, my dears.
The hammer message of the day.
It's going to be hot," she begins the video.
"It's July and we're getting over 30 degrees.
This is all climate change.”
Tips on what people can do about it have been raining down on the population every second in the last few days.
The public radio stations also have some recommendations ready, as Monika Gruber explained.
“Thank God there are public broadcasters who provide information.
Drink a lot and maybe not do the ten-kilometer run in the midday heat,” she said with a sarcastic voice.
She "challenged" her followers to inform people without radio, because then they would be completely helpless.

Monika Gruber makes fun of heat tips: "madness"
And of course she had her own tip ready, which was probably only meant to make fun of the already very well-known recommendations against the heat.
"When you leave the house, please wear pants.
And a little hint, where the zipper is, that's usually in the front, not always, but mostly.
Before you fuss, take off your pants.
That wouldn't be bad.
But there's bound to be a focus with Anne Will tonight," she said, ending her short clip with "Insane" and a shake of the head.
