In reality, two agreements were signed on Friday in Istanbul: one by Ukraine, the other by Russia, which each made commitments vis-à-vis Turkey and the United Nations, mediators of this crisis. .

The agreement records the creation of so-called “secure” corridors to ensure, via the Black Sea, the export of millions of tonnes of wheat and other cereals, blocked in Ukrainian ports.

In this case, three ports are concerned: those of Odessa, Chornomorsk and Pivdennyi.
