Currently affected by high temperatures, the south-eastern quarter of France will experience high temperatures this weekend, according to Météo France.

As a reminder, 13 departments in the south-east were still classified in heat wave orange vigilance this Friday.

At night, temperatures should remain high, often above 20°C and even between 22 and 26°C in coastal areas.

On Saturday, the minimum and maximum temperatures will keep very high levels on the Mediterranean arc in particular.

But it is Sunday that the maximum temperatures will be observed.

“On the southern half, it will be 32 to 38 ° C, with some peaks above 38 ° C, even 40 ° C in the lower Rhône valley”, specifies Météo France.

The high temperatures will also extend to the southwest that day.
