New Germeringer rent index presented

Germering - The rent index of the city of Germering was revised as of March 1st.

It is intended to provide orientation for both tenants and landlords and applies to apartments in buildings with four or more residential units.

Interested parties can obtain the freshly printed rent index for a fee of three euros in the Germering town hall - info point on the ground floor and on the 3rd floor, room 302 and in the multi-generation house Zenja, Planegger Straße 9, room 107.

In addition, the rent index can be downloaded free of charge from the Germeringer website for the first time.
