Pat Benatar will no longer sing his 1980 hit "Hit Me With Your Best Shot"

Singer Pat Benatar announced that she will no longer perform her hit "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" due to the context of violence in the United States, given the considerable increase in shootings in the country.

Benatar told USA Today that she can't keep playing the song with a smile on her face.
