The sinkhole in the pool:
the owner of the villa in Kermi Yosef will be brought this morning (Friday) for a hearing on the extension of his detention at the Magistrate's Court in Petah Tikva.
The police suspect them of the crime of causing death by negligence, running a business without a license, money laundering.
As I recall, a 30-year-old from Tel Aviv, who went missing yesterday after being sucked into the huge sinkhole that opened up in the private pool in Kermi Yosef, was found lifeless after four hours of searching.
Another man, 34 years old, was rescued from the pit with injuries to his limbs and head and was taken to Kaplan Hospital.
The tests revealed that there were many underground tunnels under the ground, into which the water flowed.
The body of the missing person was found in a tunnel under the ground, at a depth of about three meters and at a distance of about ten meters from its opening.

The investigation of the incident raises a suspicion of gross negligence on the part of the home owners, and it was examined whether the disaster could have been prevented.
A preliminary inspection shows that the house and the swimming pool were built more than 20 years ago, and it turns out that the council's spatial committee was not submitted at the time for a construction permit for the pool.
Police investigators arrested the couple for questioning.
The police intend to request an extension of their detention this morning and are considering charging them with the offense of causing death by negligence.
"indigestion"
"I have never seen anything like this, I don't even know how to describe it," rescuer Aviv Bobalil told Israel Hayom.
"I still haven't digested the incident. I've been saving for several years, and I've never even experienced a drowning incident."
About what happened at the party, which was held in the private house at noon, Bobalil said: "I arrived at the last minute as a lifeguard. The event was quite calm, six or eight people were swimming in the pool and about 30-40 people were standing around. Suddenly a vortex formed in the center of the pool and waves rose all around. I demanded from everyone to get out of the water, and then the sinkhole was exposed and all the water was sucked in. It was a matter of seconds. Everyone was hysterical."
According to her, "The bather who was sucked in and rescued from the sinkhole shouted 'Save, help me', and there were those who rushed to pull him. After a few minutes we realized that one of the participants in the party was missing. At first they still thought that maybe he had entered the house or left the place. They tried to call him and he did not answer. When they found his phone, they realized that it must have fallen in."
