According to the LCSD, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on the day of the event, a number of free recreation and sports activities will be held at designated venues in the 18 districts, including health talks, exercise demonstrations, fitness clubs, parent-child/child/youth sports activities, and Fun activities for the elderly and people with disabilities.

In addition, due to the theme of electronic virtual sports this year, some venues will have electronic virtual sports for the public to experience.

The LCSD will distribute the "Sports for All Day 2022" leisure and sports vouchers at the LCSD's 18 District Leisure Services Offices and designated venues starting from 8:30 a.m. on 25 July, next Monday.

Some places will still be reserved for the public to participate in the relevant activities, but places are limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

In addition, a number of recreational facilities under the LCSD are also open to the public for free use on that day. The public can make reservations at the "Leisure Link" reservation counters (excluding self-service kiosks) and online booking systems in various districts from 7:00 am on August 1. Recreation facilities are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and each person can only book one free facility.

Indoor recreational facilities: badminton court, tennis court, basketball court, netball court, volleyball court, squash court, table tennis table, American pool table, English pool table, sports climbing wall, bowling court, golf facilities, fitness room, activities studio, dance studio and cycling track

Outdoor recreational facilities: tennis courts, tennis driving ranges, lawn bowling courts, baseball driving ranges, sports climbing walls, archery ranges, rope nets and golf facilities (excluding camp facilities, sports fields, artificial grass courts and natural grass courts)

Public swimming pools (excluding Wan Chai Swimming Pool and Morse Park Swimming Pool and Kowloon Tsai Swimming Pool which are temporarily closed due to renovation works)



Water Sports Centre Boats (Chong Hing Water Sports Centre's recreational canoes, water bikes, sampans and colour boats are only available for free use by campers)


There will be an online live broadcast with the theme of multi-body fitness on the Sports Day for All. The public can watch it from 2:00 pm on the “Sports For All Day” website or the “Kangwen++” Facebook page.
