According to the indictment filed by attorney Rinat Levy, it appears that at the beginning of this month in the evening hours, the minor was walking in Pardes Hana-Karkur, when the accused noticed the minor walking in the street, he decided to kidnap her.
Mozgovi stopped the vehicle nearby, and ambushed the minor near the scene.
The little girl passed in front of him and Mozgovi emerged behind her to grab her and tried to block her mouth so she wouldn't cry for help.

At a certain point, during the minor's struggle, a slow-moving car drove by, so Mozgovi tried to create a false representation that he wanted to help her while the minor screamed for help and tried to get out of his grip and escape the scene.
After the vehicle passed, Mozgovoi continued with his plan.
Hearing the screams of the minor, the couple who were walking in the street at the time approached the place.
Mozgovoi noticed the couple approaching, released his hold on the minor and told her to "run away, run away", and the minor ran away towards the couple.
