The incident took place on the evening of July 3: Mozgovoi recognized the girl, a resident of Pardes Hana who was engaged in sports at the time, walking alone in the street.
He stopped the car near her, and ambushed her.
As she approached, he emerged from behind her, wrapped her around and tried to block her mouth, while she tried to free herself from his grip.
According to the indictment, when a car drove by and saw the two, Mozgovoi presented himself as if he was helping the girl until the car drove away.
When two other people approached the scene, he released her, told her to "run away, run away", and fled the scene in his vehicle.

In the videos, the suspect recorded the women now as they walk the streets, enter and exit stores, and other daily activities.
