The Donetsk People's Republic announced that the Kyiv forces bombed the Voroshilovsky and Kalininsky regions with "Grad" launchers using incendiary shells.
The TASS news agency quoted the representative of the Donetsk People's Republic in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire Regime as saying that Kyiv forces fired three "Grad" missiles at the Voroshilovsky and Kalininsky regions of Donetsk.
According to preliminary information, Ukrainian forces used incendiary shells by shelling residential buildings in Donetsk, and losses are being verified.
The Russian Defense Ministry revealed the day before yesterday that Kyiv forces were planning to blow up radioactive and chemical waste storage facilities in Donetsk, accusing the Russian forces of doing so.
