Elements of the Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in Damascus countryside seized a fuel station in the Al-Tawani area for violating the installation of an electronic circuit with the intent of tampering with the measure.
The directorate clarified in a statement that SANA received a copy of it that while the directorate members were doing their work at the station, it was found that there was a hidden electronic switch near the electronic program inside the pump body, through which the measure was tampered with. The circuit has been dismantled and the conversion pieces inside it have been disassembled, and the three are located in three pumps, two of which are diesel and one is gasoline.
The Directorate indicated that the necessary legal measures were taken against violators in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 8 of 2021.
