The particles in suspension in the air, resulting from the combustion of wood, are irritating for the lungs and the ENT system, sometimes for the eyes.
When you are in an area where smoke passes through, it is therefore better to limit your exposure by reducing your movements and the time spent outdoors.
Of course, practicing physical activity outside is not recommended.
In houses, it is possible to caulk by hiding the vents with wet cloths and by cutting off the VMC.
If you are still directly exposed to smoke, you can consider wearing a mask of the same type as those used against Covid.
