The United Nations Special Envoy to Yemen, Hans Grandberg, announced in early April that all parties had agreed to stop military operations inside Yemen and across its borders for a period of two months, while allowing fuel ships to enter the port of Hodeidah and organizing trips through Sana’a International Airport, but the aggression coalition did not abide by the terms of this. the agreement.
