A 50-year-old mother and her 14-year-old daughter were stabbed to death on Monday morning by the man who housed them in social housing in Vigneux-sur-Seine, in Essonne.
The alleged perpetrator of this double homicide, unknown to the police and gendarmerie, was arrested by the police.
Born in 1977 and placed under curatorship, he was placed in police custody.
