Shi Qianli, the unit director of the Women's Youth Family Health Promotion Center, said that the epidemic has reduced students' face-to-face classroom time, affected knowledge absorption, and made it more difficult to catch up with their academic progress.

She suggested that parents should adjust their academic expectations for their children, care about and understand the "pressure" of their children's promotion, and not just focus on behavior.

Students should also allocate their time effectively, set reasonable expectations for their grades, and learn to accept that they may fall behind in their studies for a while.
