Monday, the formation stopped, in national council - sort of parliament of the party -, the methods of organization of the next congress, with in sight the election of the next president.
Marine Le Pen must invest her successor on November 5, at the end of an internal campaign of a month, in October, during which the members will decide online.
As a group boss in the Hemicycle, the leader of the nationalist party, as she had announced before the presidential election, decided to hand over.
She prefers to devote herself to the management of her 89 deputies elected during the last legislative elections.
“I will not take over the head of the RN.
I will focus on chairing this very large group
,” she said last June.
