Anxious minutes in Munich: woman fights for her life after an insect bite

When the fire department arrived, the woman was already blue in the face.
For a 56-year-old, an insect bite in Munich would have had almost fatal consequences.
Munich – On Monday morning (July 25), a 56-year-old was stung by an insect in the foot.
"After that, she almost died," reports the fire department in a press release.

When trying to put on her shoe, the woman was stabbed in Winzererstrasse (Maxvorstadt).
She then cooled the spot and lay down.
"20 minutes later she told her husband that she was not feeling well.
The husband did not hesitate and immediately called the emergency services," the emergency services said.
When the fire brigade arrived, the woman was already blue in the face and was breathing very badly.
"Unfortunately, the situation did not improve with the treatment of the emergency services and the rescue service crew who arrived shortly afterwards."

Suddenly the cycle of the 56-year-old failed.
Emergency services immediately began to revive her.
After an ambulance administered medication to the woman, she began to breathe on her own again;
her cardiovascular system stabilized.
The 56-year-old was then transported to a Munich hospital.
