Young Chamber International launched its new branch in Baniyas, through a ceremony carrying the Baniyas story project, in cooperation with the Cultural Center in Banias and Abaq Music Group.
The local head of the Young International Chamber in Baniyas, Joud Absi, said in a statement to SANA reporter that launching the Chamber in the city through this project carries part of its culture and highlights the talents in it, such as painting on canvas, photography and singing.
Project Director Al-Batoul Al-Khatib stressed that one of the most important goals is to shed light on the presence of the Chamber in the city of Baniyas, especially as it is concerned with youth issues, achieving leadership for them and the sustainable development of societies and highlighting them.
The Abaq Musical Group, led by Cesar Dayaa, presented during the ceremony a group of traditional songs, including You Have Bahriya, Hal Al Dal'uniyah, Laila Tajja` Ya Layl, they guide me, they guide me, and two welcome, Ya Bahriya, to legends of rapture and composers, including Mrs.
Cesar clarified that the aim of this type of singing is to shed light on the time of beautiful, ancient and refined art, in addition to choosing songs that are appropriate to the nature of Banias, which deals with the castle and the sea.
A member of the Baniyas Chamber, Hadi Attieh, a pharmacy student, participated in photography, where he stressed the importance of conveying the beauty of the city and documenting the most beautiful moments in it through the camera, while a member of the Chamber, Aya Al-Ataki, presented a video presentation of her work in accessories and her success story and encouragement by family and friends.
It is worth mentioning that Banias Chamber is one of the International Junior Chambers, which includes 150 members, and its activities are divided into four main sectors: individuals, society, business and the world.
