The Russian Defense Ministry denied allegations circulated by foreign media about a possible general mobilization in Russia.
The Russia Today website quoted the ministry as saying: "Only part of the Russian forces participate in the special military operation, and this part is completely sufficient to accomplish all the tasks assigned to it by the Supreme Commander."
The ministry added that during the entire period of the special military operation in Ukraine, none of the planned events, such as operational and combat training, as well as military-technical and international cooperation of the Russian Defense Ministry, were cancelled.
The Russian Defense Ministry announced earlier today that its forces targeted 8 command centers of Kyiv forces and eliminated more than 40 foreign mercenaries, most of them Poles, with a high-precision missile strike.
