Today, the Turkish regime forces renewed their violation of Iraqi sovereignty and their assault on a village in the Dohuk Governorate in northern Iraq.
A security source told Alsumaria News that the Turkish army targeted the vicinity of the Skiri village of Amadiyah district in Dohuk.
On the 20th of this month, the Turkish regime committed a massacre with artillery bombardment targeting the Dohuk Governorate, killing nine Iraqis and wounding more than 23 others.
Iraq strongly condemned this aggression, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned the ambassador of the Turkish regime in the country and handed him a strongly worded protest note, while angry demonstrators tried to storm the Turkish consulate in Baghdad.
