Two videos shared online have led many to believe a 300-year-old ruin is haunted by a beer-hating ghost.

In one incident recorded on the security camera at the White Swan Inn bar in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, a bottle of beer is seen falling from the shelf behind the bar and shattering on the floor - when there is no employee in the area who could have caused it.

The terrifying incident happened earlier this month, when one of the employees was seen running into the bar from the opposite direction to try to figure out what exactly happened there.

Pub manager Tasha Magnan told Metro: "The bar staff were so freaked out after that. They had chills all over. We now have further proof of a ghost in our bar. We have no idea who the ghost is - but she doesn't like beer".

In February of this year, Tasha caught another strange incident on camera, when she blamed a group of men for dropping a glass of beer on the floor.

They assured her that they did not touch the beer - and the group moved on to the proof stage.

Watching the security cameras, Tasha discovered to her surprise that the beer had fallen on its own.

Tasha, who has been working at the bar for 20 years, claims that she has felt in the past that someone is watching her and she is not the only one.

The other workers also often complained about strange and inexplicable feelings that they were being watched.

A chilling post on the Facebook group "The Rich History of the Catholic Faith" claims that there are some clear signs that indicate the presence of a ghost in the house.

Facebook user Kizito Joseph claims that some of these signs can have a natural explanation - but sometimes their origin is unclear.

According to him, a family member who is repeatedly sick or repeated arguments between family members can indicate ghost inventions in the house.

He claims that a ghost may develop depression in the residents of the house, make them feel worthless, unloved and rejected.

He also claims that the appearance of ants or a blackbird can be a bad omen.

Also, the smell of fish, sulfur, candles or the bad smell of a carcass can indicate the presence of a spirit: "It is also possible that the smell appears only in a certain part of the house such as the living room or the bedroom," he added.

Abnormal behavior of animals is a clear sign of the existence of a ghost, according to him.

"If the dog is constantly barking or is afraid to enter one of the rooms in the house, there is probably something there," he said.

He probably also mentioned objects that move in the house by themselves or electronic devices that turn on and off by themselves.

He added: "Even scary sounds like a baby crying, footsteps or a voice calling your name can indicate demonic possession."

He recommends paying attention to our intuitions and feelings: "If you feel that someone is looking at you, it is possible that someone is really looking at you."

He also suggests looking for more obvious signs like blood or scratches on the walls, footprints on the floor, white smoke coming out of nowhere and stains on the walls.

Finally, he claims that sleep disturbances and nightmares are also the spirit's way of announcing that it is here to stay.
