“I consider that the loyalty that must be ours between the three groups must hold whether it is at the start of the mandate, in the middle of the mandate or at the end of the mandate,” she said to the Association of Parliamentary Journalists.
On Saturday July 23, the Horizons group had approved, against the advice of the government, an amendment providing for aid of 120 million euros to the departments to compensate for the revaluation of the RSA (Active Solidarity Income).

According to a source within the executive, there has been a "willingness for affirmation" from Horizons, to be "better taken into account as a group of the majority".
