A man attacked several passers-by with a knife in the streets of Le Mans (Sarthe) this Wednesday, July 27,

The individual, in his thirties, is suspected of having stabbed two people near the Greffier's bridge, around 2 p.m.
A few minutes after the events, the man, "
who a priori did not have all his head
" we are told, was arrested by the police, before being taken to the hospital.
According to our colleagues, the alleged attacker is from Afghanistan, and obtained his bladed weapon in a nearby supermarket, just before the attack.
The facts took place at the beginning of the afternoon near the Pont du Greffier, also called Pont de Fer, in Le Mans.

The two victims, whose vital prognosis is not engaged, were transported to the hospital center of Le Mans.
The Angers judicial police, in charge of the case, were still on site at the start of the evening.
