This attested to the 39-year-old being able to be heard.
On Wednesday, July 27th, Andrea Tandler appeared in the Bavarian state parliament.
And it was a strange appearance – disguised in a corona mask, sunglasses and baseball cap, she appeared in the boardroom, accompanied by her lawyer and the managing director of her advertising agency.
One thing quickly became clear: it will not be cooperative.

She let her lawyer tell her that she was wearing them for health reasons.
But Bausback insisted that Tandler take off the mask.
“I can still accept the sunglasses.
The mask doesn't.
Please take them off out of respect for the committee.” The 39-year-old complied with the request with noticeable reluctance.

Then the – extremely short – survey began.
Tandler is accused of enriching himself at a time when many people were suffering from the corona pandemic.
Bausback took up this directly with his introductory question:
In a phase in which many others had worked voluntarily to the point of exhaustion, according to media reports, she "snapped" high commissions for a mask business, said Bausback.
Can you say anything related to that?

As expected, Tandler refused to testify.
Her lawyer referred to the ongoing investigation, which gives her the right to refuse to testify.
The 39-year-old is being investigated because of an initial suspicion of trade tax fraud.
Tandler's camp, meanwhile, rejects any allegations.
A spokesman said the lawyers are certain that after a first trial all further allegations will prove to be unfounded.
