Within the framework of the implementation of the “Shaaban with One Heart” program, the Venezuelan Embassy in Damascus today delivered a set of medical supplies and wheelchairs to the “Ensan” Association for Psychological and Social Support to support persons with disabilities and beneficiaries of the association, at the association’s headquarters in Al-Assad villages in Damascus countryside.
Chargé d'Affairs at the Venezuelan Embassy, Joaquim Gomez, explained in a speech that this aid is a message that Syria and Venezuela have mutual friendly and brotherly relations, and that the relations between the two countries are not limited to the official level, but also include the two peoples, pointing out that the "People with One Heart" program consists of several activities. To enhance communication and partnership between the two countries.

For her part, Director of Ensan Association, Nisreen Abbas, explained that the aid is part of the association's permanent coordination with the Venezuelan embassy, pointing out that the number of beneficiaries of the association reaches 2,500, as a range of material and health assistance is provided in addition to psychological support for them.
